Refund Policy
Our refund policy is 100% of the amount or product exchange (assuming we assume the logistical costs) in situations where the product arrives damaged at the destination. The buyer must provide proof (photo) of the condition of the product upon receipt.
The consumer may request a refund or exchange of the product within 15 days of delivery.
If after these 15 days, the product presents any quality problem, the buyer should contact us through info@monrrealcrew.com and we will treat each case individually.
For situations of change of order (size or model) once the product is received, the consumer must assume the shipping costs. We will not make this type of change once 10 days have passed since the product was received.
