Shipping Policy

All our products pass through the hands of our designer César Cayuelas before being sent to their destinations. César is in charge of giving you the last details by hand to make each hat something special. 

For this reason, our orders require approximately 5 working days of preparation from completion to shipment at destination. 

In the event that there is no product stock available ("Pre-Order"), we will notify the situation on the product page. These orders require more time as we must start with the manufacture of the hat.

Pre-order" orders take about 30 calendar days from order placement to shipment to destination.
